Hi Tusk - I buy Raymar Panels - they are pre-primed - I believe this particular panel was double primed. I took a workshop with Carol Marine and she suggested Raymar - like the panels. www.raymarart.com

The sunflowers really pop. I have always been an admirer of Oil. Especially treated panel did you gesso then sand or just prime the panel then paint?
