"Abandoned Gas Station"
After 5 weeks in New Mexico away from my easel I returned and am in the process of finishing 3 paintings that were going when we left. Here's the first one, an old abandoned gas station, overgrown with weeds. I know it's natural that all things crumble and fade back into nature - but it's sad somehow. I love old gas stations, don't know why. I've always thought it would be great to turn one into an art studio and gallery.
